We, Nextech, made a contract with GM Korea ACDelco, which is one of the largest companies supplying auto parts in the world, on Dec, 23, 2009.
According to the contract, Nextech will be provided all parts of the imported vehicles.
Moreover, we are able to contribute to the convenience of the customers expanding our sales approach from direct marketing to the nationwide distributing network and the shopping mall.
This leads our customers to maintain their vehicles conveniently with about 10,000 of our consumable parts.
For mutual supports, Nextech will also provide ACDelco with our maintenace know-how of the imported vehicles beyond auto parts business itself.
We expect best synergy effect by sharing mutual know-how of automotive business.
